The journal is an open-access journal that selectively publishes good-quality research across all fields of medicine. The journal provides a publishing chance for research articles, reviews, short communication, case series, case report, guidelines updates, and all other forms of publications.  We aim to promote medical research at Merit University and we also aim to have a medical education devoted to supplement with each issue to raise awareness of the importance of educational research among medical educators in Egypt.

Merit Medical Journal, the official journal of the Faculty of Medicine, Merit University, is a peer-reviewed journal with a tertiary print-on-demand compilation of issues published. The journal’s full text will be available online.

Merit Medical Journal will start in January 2023, and it will be published quarterly four times a year (every 3 months); in January, April, July, and October, plus Supplementary issues including the research presented in the Annual scientific conferences of Merit Faculty of Medicine, or supplementary issue for department specialized seminars and scientific days.

The journal will cover technical, experimental, and clinical studies related to health, ethical and social issues, in all fields of Medicine & its related basic & advanced sciences as medical education improvement programs that are performed to search & promote human health. Aiming to provide Students, researchers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals with new discoveries that improve patient care in all aspects of health.
